Booking an appointment: Once you’ve decided which type of residence best fits your tastes and needs, Transition 65 will contact these residences to book an appointment.
Transport and accompaniment: We provide transportation for clients who wish to visit a seniors’ residence.
Signing a lease agreement: There is no standard lease agreement for seniors’ residences. We’ll be there at your side to address your questions and needs and to ensure you understand all the clauses.
Post-occupancy follow-up: As with any change of residence, there is always an adjustment period. We will follow up to ensure your transition goes well, intervening with residence directors from time to time to help you integrate. There is no time limit for contacting us. So if you ever have questions—now or in the future—feel free to give us a call.
Community resources: A change of residence is a good time to take stock. You can use Transition 65’s network of contacts to help make your transition a success.
